Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS and USPS, both within the U.S. and internationally.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.).
Second Day: 3 business days. Only available for US continuous states. Does not apply for USPS shipping or PO Boxes.
International shipping times vary by destination.

Free Shipping

Orders over $500 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within USA continuous states only.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase, including any required suite, apartment, unit, or building numbers.

DEIMAN USA is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If the package is lost, misdelivered, or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, DEIMAN USA will not be responsible for issuing a replacement or refund.
