Frequent Asked Questions

Where your questions meet our answers… and occasionally our sarcasm.

How can I make my puchase?

You’ve got options! Shop 24/7 in your pajamas at www.deimanusa.com, or if you prefer the human touch, email us at customerservice@deimanusa.com, call us at (915) 996-9691, or ping us on WhatsApp at (915) 996-9672. Carrier pigeons are currently off duty, but we’re working on it.

Do you ship to every state, do you ship outside the USA?

Yep! We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico—because your taste buds deserve no borders. For our Puerto Rican friends, give us a shout so we can help finalize your order. Outside these territories? No problem! We’ll whip up an international shipping quote faster than you can say ‘customs paperwork’ (just remember, import taxes might RSVP to the party)

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs aren’t pulled out of a magic hat—they’re calculated by our delivery partners based on your address, package weight, volume, and a few other secret ingredients. On our website, the math happens automatically at checkout. If you order through another channel, one of our sales team members will crunch the numbers for you (no calculators were harmed in the process).

We ship with UPS or USPS—you get to pick your favorite at checkout. Just remember: if your address is a P.O. box, USPS is your one and only dance partner.

When will I recieve my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ship it out the very next business day—because we like to keep things moving. You’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can stalk your package’s every move. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after leaving our warehouse (depending on how many coffee breaks the delivery truck takes)

What can I do if my package has been damaged or missing a product?

All our shipments are insured—because accidents happen, but we’ve got your back. If your package arrives looking like it went on a rollercoaster ride or if something’s missing, let us know within a week of receiving it and send us the proof. We’ll file the claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

For claims, please channel your inner paparazzi:

  • Snap a pic of the closed box (make sure one shot clearly shows the shipping label).

  • Capture the grand unboxing moment with photos—or even better, a video.

  • If any product is damaged, get close-ups of the crime scene.

Just remember: we need this evidence within a week of delivery—late submissions may be rejected (our insurance company is picky like that).

Do you offer wholesale prices or special discounts?

Do we offer wholesale prices or special discounts? Oh, absolutely. Check out our wholesale program for the full scoop. And if you want to be first in line for special promotions (and maybe a few surprises), follow us on social media @deimanusa. Think of it as a VIP pass to flavor-filled deals.

How long will a backorder product take to arrive?

Backordered items are a bit like fine wine—they take time. Expect yours to arrive at your door in about 45–60 days. We promise it’ll be worth the wait (and no, we’re not making you stomp grapes in the meantime).

What’s the difference between a D-15 and an E-15 concentrate?

D-15 flavors? Those are made with original ingredients approved by the FDA and can happily travel between Mexico and the USA. E-15 flavors? They’re the U.S.-friendly remix—same great taste, but with ingredients that pass the FDA’s VIP list. In short: D-15 is the original passport holder, E-15 is the legal-to-party-in-the-USA version.

Does the flavor profile differ between the D-15 and E-15 versions?

E-15 flavors do their best impression of the D-15 originals—same charm, same style—but because they use different FDA-approved ingredients, you might notice a few subtle differences in flavor or color. Think of it like the stunt double: very convincing, but not exactly the same.

Does this mean that no D-15 flavor is approved by the FDA?

Nope! Most D-15 flavors are totally FDA-friendly. Only the ones labeled E-15 had an ingredient in the original formula that the FDA said ‘nope’ to—so we created a U.S.-approved version instead. Same spirit, just a slightly different recipe.
