Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged in original packaging.

Opened containers are non-refundable, unless damaged by the carrier (with photo evidence).

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds or store credit will be issued after inspection of the return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase, including any required suite, apartment, unit, or building numbers.

DEIMAN USA is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If the package is lost, misdelivered, or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, DEIMAN USA will not be responsible for issuing a replacement or refund.
