Recipe: Waffle Cones

Waffle cones are the perfect companion for any ice cream, combining crunch, flavor, and an artisanal touch that makes them irresistible. Their buttery, vanilla aroma delights the senses, while their crisp texture makes them the ideal vessel for ice creams, sorbets, or even creative toppings.

Ingredients

  • Egg whites from 8 large eggs

  • Granulated sugar 340g (11.99 oz)

  • Deiman Arte Pan Heavy Cream 2 mL (0.06 fl oz)

  • Deiman Arte Pan flavor of choice 5mL(0.17 fl oz)

  • All-purpose flour 360g (12.69 oz)

  • Unsalted butter, melted and cooled 120g (4.23 oz)

A pinch of salt

BONUS: to avoid the ice cream to leak from the bottom, once your cones have cooled down, put them in the fridge and add some Deiman chocolate flavored coating into the cone to seal the bottom and add a delicious chocolate surprise! 


Procedure

  • Preheat your waffle cone machine. 

  • Beat together the egg whites, sugar and the Arte Pan flavorings. Once it is all well incorporated, add the salt and half of the flour; beat. Finally, add the melted butter and remaining flour and beat until smooth.
